Gluten-Free and Dairy-Free Meal Planning Inspiration Week of 4/29
Your meals for next week are already planned! 📝
Happy Friday! We have an amazing lineup of some of my absolute favorite meals this week! I always try to vary the proteins so that we can get some variety throughout the week ❤️ Now go enjoy your weekend knowing that all of your meals for next week are planned! 🎉
I saw a reel about that this week- that cooking dinner isn’t JUST cooking dinner. That’s usually the easiest part. The hardest part is planning, checking to see what you have at home already, going to the grocery store, making sure the ingredients are fresh, taking the meat out to defrost and then finally making the meal. I am trying to take as much of that work off your plate as possible! Check out my subscribers only section for more tips on the other aspects of meal planning! I also include full instructions on how I prep this specific grocery list for the week. The green chile burrito sauce is also SO GOOD! I can’t wait for you guys to try it 😍
Also if you missed these cutie little cake jars I made for my birthday- try them for dessert this week! 🎂 They are so fun and customizable!
