I have been through my fair share of elimination diets throughout the years. Low FODMAP, low histamine, no nightshades, the candida diet, a full elimination diet. If you are reading this and you also struggle with chronic illness, intolerances, sensitivities or autoimmune issues- you might be able to relate.
I donβt know about you- but Iβve been βprescribedβ these diets several times, but itβs not always the case that your provider helps you realistically implement them into your life and they also donβt typically talk about the impacts these diets can have on multiple aspects of your life.
