Cozy season is in full swing and I have a delicious line up of gluten-free and dairy-free recipes just for you! I have been experimenting with sweet potato gnocchi for the last two weeks and finally created a recipe that is SO easy and perfect for fall. I can’t wait for you guys to try it. It’s crispy, delicious and you only need 2 ingredients to make it. The line up also includes some of my other fall favorites like Shepherd’s pie stuffed potato, French onion soup and a fall sheet pan dinner. Each recipe is easy to make, packed with protein and so flavorful!

Last weekend, we went to Milwaukee for our anniversary to see Jordan Davis! We had the best time and luckily were able to find a few restaurants I could eat at. One of the hardest things for me about having food allergies, chronic conditions and dietary restrictions is finding places to eat and feeling included. A lot of you resonated with this post I made about it on Instagram.

Thanksgiving and the winter holidays are quickly approaching, so I am working on testing tons of recipes so that we can all enjoy the holidays with our families and friends AND eat tons of delicious dishes. Comment on this post or send me an email if you have any specific recipe requests!
