Your weekly gluten-free & dairy-free meal plan (recipes + grocery list inside)
Happy Friday! This week I felt like I didn’t accomplish that much and then I reminded myself that I got a Prenuvo scan (more on this to come), got my bloodwork done at my hematologist and went to the dermatologist. No one really talks about how taking care of your health is basically another full-time job (especially when you have chronic health issues). I feel like I sometimes let the routine check ups fall to the wayside because I usually have other issues I am working on, but this month I am doing a lot of catch up. I am redoing some of my functional testing to see where things are at, getting comprehensive bloodwork, looking for some new providers and also getting my ear lobe repaired (finally)! Gross, but my earring is ripping through my ear and I want to repair it before it gets too bad. Anyways, it’s important to remind yourself of your small wins- whether it’s consistently taking your supplements or medication, going for a walk, getting outside, drinking enough water, it all adds up and it all matters! Our small wins are promises that we kept to ourselves.
