Happy Friday! As always, these meal ideas are meant to help you not have to think so much about food. I was thinking the other day about how tiring it is that we have to plan our meals every day for the rest of our lives?? Like what. Especially with dietary restrictions and having to cook mostly from scratch… LOL. Don’t get me wrong, I love cooking, but sometimes I just want it to be easy. The BEST thing you can do for yourself is have a plan!
My favorite hacks are to 1) prep a few foods for the week and 2) eat dinner leftovers the next day for lunch (for low histamine just freeze)!
