Happy Tuesday! As you’ve probably already seen, it’s Amazon Prime Day starting today through July 11th. Sales are always a great time to make any non-toxic swaps you have been wanting to make! I love to grab things when they are on sale. As always, one swap at a time can really move the needle! I shared some of my favorite non-toxic apartment staples on Instagram and I also shared more amazing finds below:

NON-TOXIC AMAZON PRIME DAY PICKS: KITCHEN ESSENTIALS
AquaTru: This water filter is reverse osmosis and removes PFAs and other contaminants from your water. I love that the pitcher is glass also! Make sure to remineralize your water as well.
Our Place Air Fryer: This air fryer is non-toxic and SO CUTE! I am obsessed with mine. I use it all of the time. It is so much easier than turning on the oven. I have it in the steam color!
Cutting Boards: I love these wooden cutting boards from Caraway. They are such a great swap instead of plastic.
Water Pitcher: If you are looking to level up your Brita, check out Clearly Filtered pitchers. It removes 365+ contaminants.
Souper Cubes: These are amazing for storing food in the freezer. I love storing soups, beans, sauces, etc. in them.
Cast Iron Pans: Lodge is a great non-toxic option and budget-friendly swap. It is also on super sale and you can grab one for under $15!
KitchenAid Mixer: The cutest kitchen staple! I use mine for baking and shredding chicken!
Cookbooks: My friend Kayla’s cookbook is on sale! She also makes allergy-friendly recipes!
Knife Set: I love my Zwilling knife set. They are super sharp and high quality.

Aztec Secret Clay Mask: This mask is a great budget-friendly option. I like to use it on my underarms also.
Magnesium Bath Flakes: These are amazing for a relaxing bath!
Osea Beauty: I love this brand so much. The scrub and the cleansers are my favorite!
Beauty By Earth Self Tanner: This is a great non-toxic and cleaner option if you like to use self tanner!
Lumineux Whitening Strips: These are my favorite non-toxic whitening strips and they work so well!
Kerala Vitamin C Facial Oil: This is a great skincare option!
NON-TOXIC AMAZON PRIME DAY PICKS: SUPPLEMENTS
Relyte Electrolytes: I love these electrolytes and have been drinking them daily for forever! They are so helpful for my POTS symptoms. I get the unflavored ones.
Life Extension: This brand is on sale for Prime Day! I have used their Huperzine A and Black Cumin Seed Oil. The Black Cumin Seed Oil has been super supportive for me!
Truvani: I love putting this protein powder in my smoothie! The vanilla flavor is my favorite and Brett’s favorite flavor is banana cinnamon.
Spatone: This iron supplement is easy on the GI tract.
Xymogen: I used their ColonX supplement for a very long time. It has triphala in it, which is super supportive for motility.
Apothekary: I love these tinctures! They are great for mocktails!
Jarrow: I use Jarrow’s MagMind supplement because it is a specific type of magnesium that crosses the blood brain barrier.
Integrative Therapeutics: I love this brand and use their motility activator!
Pure Encapsulations: This brand is also high-quality and makes clean supplements. I like their Vitamin D supplement and L-Theanine!

Branch Basics: These cleaning products are non-toxic and super clean! Highly recommend the starter kit!
Hatch Alarm Clock: I know some people are worried about EMFs but this alarm clock is so nice for my nervous system because I love waking up to the sound of waves instead of my phone alarm blaring.
Dr. Bronner’s Soap: We literally use this soap for EVERYTHING!!
Jolie: This shower filter is amazing and so aesthetic!
Truly Free Stain Stick: This stain stick is a great non-toxic stain removal option!
Meal Planner: I love using a meal planner to write out my meals and have them right on my fridge where I can see them!!
AirDoctor: This is my favorite air purifier! You want to look for a HEPA filter!
Mop: This mop is great because it uses microfiber for the mop head!
Humidity Gauge: This is a magnet that goes on your fridge and helps to measure the humidity in your home. This is important to decrease the chance of mold growth!
Levoit: This is a budget-friendly air purifier that is also HEPA! This is the first air purifier I got when I was in graduate school!
There are also tons of gluten-free, dairy-free, organic and healthier snacks on sale on Amazon right now- so it’s the perfect time to stock up!!
