I decided to have my emails live on Substack to create an easy way for you all to look through the weekly meal idea archives! This post will help walk you though how to navigate it ❤️
THE BASICS
Every Friday, I send out an email with meal inspiration for the week- lunches, dinners and a dessert idea. I also include a corresponding grocery list to make your grocery shopping experience easier 📝
The reason I decided to start this email list is because I was getting tons of messages that the hardest thing, the thing my community said they struggle with the most, is planning and prepping meals for the week. I wanted to take some of the stress off of you by sending over ideas every week!
Not only are the meals gluten-free and dairy-free, but I also try to vary the proteins during the week and include simple and wholesome ingredients to fuel your body!
